Dear potential Wyandanch Family & Recognition Day Vendor:

It’s that time again! The Wyandanch Family Day celebration is just around the comer. We are happy to announce that we will be at Wyandanch Park and celebrating on Saturday, June 13th, 2026, and rain date will be June 20th, 2026.

We welcome your participation as a vendor in our annual festival. Being a vendor at Wyandanch Day offers the opportunity for valuable exposure. Face-to-face communication builds memorable brand awareness, and you’ll connect with new people and reconnect with those already invested in your brand.

Wyandanch Day also provides opportunity to build community networks. Collaborating with other vendors and potential sponsors is likely, so take full advantage by walking around to introduce your business, which may lead to partnering with other business.

Due to low entry fees and high-volume customer attendance at Wyandanch Day, your net profits will be significantly impacted. Our event ranges from 4,000 to 6,000 attendees. Be prepared to enjoy maximum sales of your inventory and the opportunity to serve our community. 

To secure your assigned vendor space, registration form/contract and payment of fees must be received by 05/30/2026. You can apply and pay online below or download the Vendor Application. Payments can be mailed to P.O. Box 585 Wheatley Heights, NY 11798 and email form to vendor@wyandanchday.org

To facilitate an orderly & timely setup before the Parade enters the park, strictly enforced setup times will be: Setup begins @ 6:30 am and all vehicles must be vacated from park area by 10:00 am

Unfortunately, it has become necessary to institute the following rule so we can adhere to our permit agreement to end this function promptly at 6pm: All vendors must shut down their operations promptly at 5pm. Non-compliance will result in forfeiture of cleanup fees or forfeit future participation in this event.”
